And finally some progress
Ive spent the last 3 months (not very much good weather yet) trying to sort out the polar alignment on my new scope and I would always find that after I did an alignment it would be way off. I finally got some sense and took everything off the scope except for what was needed to do a polar alignment which included unpluging the camera from the guider port. As soon as I did this the drift id could not pinpoint went away. I pluged the guider cord back in and it started its slow slew again. Needless to say it didnt take me very long to get an execelent polar alignment after unpluging the guider. Now I have to figure out why the camera guider is getting a signal when it shouldnt be......
